Promarosa, a prominent seafood processing facility in Ecuador, specializes in processing Pacific white shrimp with a daily handling capacity of 80 tons. MOON-TECH supplied reliable refrigeration equipment, including five plate freezers, an air-cooled single freezer, a brine freezing line, and two quick-freezing rooms. The facility's cold storage system, with a total capacity of 650 tons, operates efficiently with eight screw compressors, ensuring reliable performance and seamless operations.
